When will I receive my order?

Orders are packaged and posted out within 7 working days (it's just me here!) and are shipping Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days) unless shipping has been upgraded. If you haven't received your order, please allow 10 working days from the date of your dispatch email before getting in contact. There are often postal delays which are unfortunately out of my control.

Do you accept returns?

Returns and exchanges are accepted! Please see the Returns Policy, linked at the bottom of the page.
